We currently only provide cash on delivery service within the United Arab Emirates. Order delivery and collection methods are available as set out below. However, we constantly strive to improve the customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. Delivery
The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in Oman-Muscat:
Orders placed on any public holiday in the United Arab Emirates or after the cutoff time will be considered placed on the first day after the date of submission.
Example: To ensure delivery by Date 10, please note that orders must be placed no later than Date 7 at 11:59 PM (GMT+4).

Order and Collect from Store:
You may place an order on our website and collect the item at our stores in The Dragon Mal. Simply select “Collect from Store” and your preferred collection store during the order process.
Prior to collection, you will need to pay in full for the order. No delivery fee applies to Collect from Store. We will notify you when the item is ready for collection by sending you a “Ready to Collect” email notification.
If you place your order before 8pm on any day, it will usually be available for collection in-store on the same day. Please wait for this confirmation before you come in to collect your order.
In order to collect the order, please bring the “Ready to Collect’ notification as well as either a valid passport, driving licence, Emirates ID, or the payment card used to purchase the order (where applicable).
Collect at Store
You may opt at the time you place the order to have a third party collect your order on your behalf.
In order for us to release the order to the person you have designated to pick up your order (or any gift recipient), they must present the “Ready to Collect” notification along with their passport, driver’s licence, or Emirates ID at your preferred Click and Collect location.
You release us from all liability if we release your order to the person you specified when placing the order and submitting the necessary documentation to us. We’re here to help! Remember, the clock is ticking! Make sure to pick up your items within 7 days at your Click and Collect location, so you can enjoy them. If not, we’ll gladly return them to our shelves, and you’ll receive a full refund using the same payment method. You’ve got this!
Although we are highly committed to delivering within the time frames specified in our order confirmation, displayed on our website, or above, delivery timetables are merely approximations.
Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start with order confirmation.
However, if we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund.
We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control.

With the exception of UAE major holidays, orders are delivered every day. It is your responsibility to guarantee proper access for deliveries, especially—but not limited to—Sundays.
