Can I remove products in my Cart?
Yes, you wish to remove a particular product from your cart; click on ‘Cart’. You will be able to see all products in your cart. Click the ‘Clear’ button next to the items you wish to remove from your cart.
How Long to take order acceptance?

How do we know when our order is accepted?
As soon as you place an order online, you will receive an email confirmation from our end, which will consist of your order details and order number. We notify you via email of the progress of your order until it reaches you.
Can I add more items to my order and still receive it at the same time?
Once the order is placed you can’t add more additional items to it but you can start a new order.
How do we know the status of our orders?
Once you’ve placed an order, We notify to progress. To check the status of your product, sign in to your account and click ‘My orders’ tab.
How long will it take to cancel process of my request?
After receiving cancellation request, you will get a notification; after ship cancellation, it will not process

What if the product received is damaged?
If a products is damaged, it must be notified us immediately. Kindly notify customer care and we will be happy to replace it free of charge.
Can I return my item after 15 days?
Sorry, we do not accept.
If the things are defective or incorrect, you can return them within 15 days.
If the product has no quality issues, you can exchange it within 15 days.
Can I change my order Delivery Date/Time?
