How to TopUp

Sign In with your account and go to My Profile You will be able to see My balance then click TopUp, enter amount and request verification code After entering code, you will be redirected to payment page Choose your card, enter details and make payment.

How to Use Wallet Balance

Once you complete your check-out process, you will see this payment option and click Use Balance and make payment The order amount will automatically be deducted from your balance

Note: You cannot use partial amount if order value is below wallet Choose another payment option: cash on delivery or credit/debit card.

Withdrawals

You can withdraw your balance at any time. The minimum value of withdrawal is AED 1. Before you make a transfer, kindly add your bank details, fill all the details, and confirm it. Enter the requesting amount, select bank detailsand submit. Your request will process at any time and transfer money to your account with 5-7 business days.

How to add Bank Details

Go to My Account page and find and click ”Bank Account” and select add new account 

Enter Your Bank details along with a registered mobile number with your bank
