Once successfully sign In your account please do the following steps:

1.Search and browse Item

You easily find items you’ll want to purchase, use search option Also, use FILTER option for Material, Price, Color, Size, and Style then

2.Proceed to Checkout 

By clicking ‘Cart ‘ on the top right corner you’ve reviewed the items in your Shopping Cart.at this time if you can modify your cart and click Checkout for placing order

Modify Order 

You can add modify your order before shipping. After ship, your order is sent immediately from the warehouse and cannot be changed. To modify before shipping your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team for assistance.

3.Shipping Details

Once you proceed checkout add to select your shipping address.

If you are a Company Buyer
Please Fill your Company Name and TRN Number （if available） at Company name column.

Name/Address/City/Phone is required.

If you have any delivery Note, write Given column and place order

Fill the address if you don’t  save address before

Coupon code   

Do you have theRDmart coupon code select and enter code to get discount on order

For Wholesaler & Company

To get an invoice click order invoice and fill your Company details along with VAT details and place order

4.Payment

After place order, your items successfully submitted and the payment window will show and select anyone method We accept Credit/Debit card, cash on delivery, and theRDmart wallet balance.

Once we receive the payment conformation you will receive confirmation mail followed by shipment tracking details.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order or item only before shipping Sign in your account and go to profile click orders and locate the item you wish to cancel and request by clicking Cancel.

Note: For purchases made with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your theRDmart account within 5 to 7 working days after the successful cancellation of the order.

Track your Order

After an order has shipped, you can track your package at theRDmart.com. You can also track with a tracking number by the following steps Login with your account and go to my profile

< copy the Shipment tracking number
Go through for other courier services by provided tracking details. Contact us for theRDmart express to check the status of the order
